Clarity Talk: Letting Life Live Us

This video is a companion piece to the article, “Working with Our Secret Teacher.” It discusses the broader movements that occur within awakening, which become more evident, and more evident sooner, as enlightenment matures. When we can see a movement taking shape, before it actually takes place, we get to move with it rather than react to it. This is part of true liberation.

It’s not a trick we can learn, it’s not something that we do, it’s something that simply happens. What we can do is be willing to be open to whatever is occurring anyway.  We can be willing to let go of the make-believe center we think we are even if we can’t actually do so. Even in the midst of resistance, if our intention is clear, we can be willing to live in/as non-resistance, which will encourage faster, cleaner clearing.

In the photo above, our friend would be a whole lot better off noticing which way the wind is blowing, and putting his back to it instead of his chin.
