    Lol! Kermit’s possible reactions:

Denial: These tests are often wrong.
Depression, despair: I don’t exist and never did.
    Intrigue: Let’s explore this further.
Relief: I’m not responsible for all of Kermit’s mistakes and wrongs.
Ego inflation: There is so much more to me than I ever imagined. A hand, an arm, a body, a sophisticated mind. I am God.
Awakening: There is no Kermit. There is only This! Somehow, I always knew that.

I look forward to seeing Kermit in satsang.

LOL! Love the leaps that Kathleen’s Kermit makes! Funny the extent which the hand trying to see itself (love that mixed metaphor!), manifests (etymololgy, “manus” is hand!) as those existential leaps (puppet conditioning)! And the second half etymology is from “to strike”, so to “leap”! out! Attention seeing how far it can aprehend itself without returning to giving attention to itself, makes for quite some imaginative leaping!

Hi Fred, Like you, I so love the Kermit cartoon metaphor of what is really living life in all its forms and wanted to use it myself for a project. I am just writing to see if I need to apply to anyone for copyright fee or permission. I assure you I am not a copyright agent or organisation, I just saw that you had used it and, because there is no authorship mentioned on the original, I didn’t know where to start. Many thanks and kindest regards Leslie

Hi, Leslie. I don’t use the cartoon to make money. In that case, the copyright’s owner, or their attorney, will write you a “Take Down” letter/order, which is self-explanatory. Once the recipient complies with that order, I think they’d be clear of further action. Of course, I am not a lawyer, and I’m no dispensing legal advice. I’m just sharing my experience. Good luck!♥f
