   Interesting, I noticed an angle on this about “high”. It’s the belief still in differences and their “quality” such as in hierarchy or judgement about) – high/low, special/ordinary, right/wrong, problem/fixed, quality/mediocre – that is a driver (part of the pattern) of oscillation – Of course, I noticed then the similarity with the wanting (attachment) to be high (inebriated)! Mike usually has the reflex of him (the problem) of shame and of not appreciating and being dutifully grateful for the gift of “high quality life”. I didn’t notice it this time, I’m too busy noticing, and writing this about, patterns (I’m doing a 4th and 5th step, lol)!

     The 4th is your own noticing of the patterns and the 5th is the confessing that beyond thought. 🙂
