There is a release, a non attachment, a letting go, when saying, “thy will be done”. Thank you Kathleen.

Good job you rereleased this! My “hearing” must have improved immensely since the first time. “My will is always being done”! Thankyou.

Thank you Kathleen. Often I choose non-awakeness and suffer awhile before I finally remember I have a better choice.

I also liked what you shared in today’s, 12/2, Satsang. Since the 12th of November, I’ve experienced non stop anxiety that manifest in the body as high blood pressure, chest pain, headaches, racing, pounding heart. This last occurred in November of 2013 and lasted until March. That suffering brought me eventually to Fred. Now I sit with it again. Can’t say fearful thoughts don’t arise. Can’t say I don’t identify with the separate self but there’s always the Awareness, presence.

      Hi Barb,

I hope your condition clears soon. Health troubles are really distressing. But I am coming to see that it’s pure experience, and that I am here, right here in this exact experience because it is where I choose to be, where I have to be, where I want to be (otherwise, I wouldn’t be here!). ❤️K
