30 Minute Contemplative Talk: Asking Ourselves the Right Questions
Can we be open enough to find Clarity right here, right now?

[Apparently some people had an issue with the link at the bottom of this post, so I’ve removed it and put up a fresh one. Also, some people have experienced audio difficulty with this video–and others have no problem. I did have it set too low for a quiet talk–it was at a level that would accommodate my usual loudness and laughter. Oops.
However, I’ve gotten a lot of very positive feedback, so this is now definitely the first in a series. I’ll get the volume right on the next one. Those of you who can enjoy, enjoy. F]
This talk is not about finding answers but about asking ourselves the right questions to help us find Unknowing instead. Answers do not free us. Questions do. We initially come to spirituality to answer our questions, but in the end, it’s questioning our answers that works.
This may be the first of a series depending on the reception it receives. I relentlessly check the direction of the wind and become willing to move in that direction. I let it have its way, since it’s going to get it anyway. I have a very low tolerance for suffering these days.

Hi, Nancy! I guess some people have had a problem, while others have not. I’ve replaced the link with another, maybe that will help. Thank you!
For those of you who use comments to tell me something, always mention my name so that I can be sure it’s not spam. Spammers are always trying new, fresh ways to break into a site. Thanks!!

Hi, Carrie! This makes three people have had a problem, while others have not. I’ve replaced the link with another, maybe that will help. Let me know if it doesn’t, please. Thank you!

Hi Fred, I can view the video but the sound is so low I can barely hear it. I’ve got the volume all the way up on my computer and on the video. Anyone else having that problem?
I’d love to hear it!
Thanks,
Sajit

Hi Fred,
The Sound is too low. Video clip is clear, volume on video is max., volume on my computer is max and I still can hardly hear it.
Thanks

Great talk, Fred, thanks so much for the reminders! (do wish the video were a bit louder–used earphones pressed hard to my head to hear adequately.) Cheers!

Thanks Byron. I generally learn how to do something right by first doing it wrong. 🙂

Hi Fred,
Its been a long time since we’ve spoken and it’s very nice to see this teaching continuing to grow and flower. I really enjoyed this post – and all of the pointers throughout. Really great so if it’s the first in a possible series then please continue. Cheers,
Fred Davis
