Letter from the Field: Gratitude Is the Hallmark of Awakeness
Dear Fred,
I want to say a special thank you today on Guru Poornima. It has been a year since I got that first surprise email from you. I am so glad I was led to the short and kind path.
Thank you for showing me the light I had been seeking. Showing that I need not seek because I am already it and that all I needed to do was to notice that in every moment.
Apart from the surprise of awakening, I so appreciated the surprise that the one to really awaken me came with no titles, fancy garb, language or special rituals. I am so glad that I can just think of him as a friend.
Sunday Satsang feels like a rediscovery of the truth once again together as One. I think that is how it was meant to be done even in traditional Hinduism. It feels like the elastic of separation is slowly wearing out here too.
I am also happy for me and all my Satsang friends for getting in touch with you before Oprah!????

(Regular Sunday Satsangers, you know who this is. 🙂

Thank you M and Fred – so beautifully expressed. I, too, feel so blessed to have this teaching and this community arising in awareness.

This teaching is richer because the two of you are in it.
Love,
