Nicely spoken — Oneness (through Fredness) … Being is nothing if not comedic improv “accept each new direction in flow as it comes” is rule #1.

I think someone apparently famous may have even said that…

      Hi, Drew! Thanks!

Thanks, Fred! It helps me to remember that I am only surrendering to what is, not to my interpretation and opinion of what is. With surrender, the opinions drop away or can be seen for what they are, and what is can be seen more clearly.

That’s the take-home, Kathleen. We only have to surrender to THIS arising. And of course that’s just how it feels. An imaginary character can’t possible surrender, so it’s always Awakeness surrendering to Oneness. 🙂

A sage I know said ” The way is easy for the man who has no preferences” ????……. The process of emptying. If I remember this Oneness is home free!

That’s right. Our truest recognition is when we see that there was never any bondage for anyone. 🙂

Or as good, beautiful and holy as this arising seems! Because the flow comes (thanks Drewness!) and it goes. This is the darned difficulty with words, all snapshots of a frozen concept. Appreciating the beautiful of the flow as well as the “moment” “captured” by the dream … ahhhh (what else could I say? … maybe bark, Fred?!)

the twist on AA’s “promises” that made sense of it to me, as well as the biblical “all things will be added unto you” is that they are also warnings. The dream Will become happier, “things” will improve, and previous desires might get filled. But to take them ONLY as the sign of my willingess to be Who I Am. I Am the serenity, and so why get tempted by the manifestations I conjure? (I guess the answer would be “condtioning”. And so the wisdom of the warning/promise!)

Manifestation itself is an arising. If we come back to this, it is easier for us to see that we must be That which is prior to manifestation.

This is my favorite post so far! You have a way of saying exactly what I need to hear. I’m so glad that you show up in me!

      Hey, Jane! Thank you!
I’ll tell you something funny. When the announcement went out for this post, I noticed I had three people unsubscribe and three complaints (meaning people marked it as spam, but you have to double-opt-in to get on the list so my announcements are NEVER spam). One has to assume the three unsubscribes and complaints were from the same readers. And I’ll bet you dimes to dollars they misread the title! LOL!
