One of the most confusing parts of post-awakening is coming to terms with these two concepts. It’s bad enough prior to awakening when we’re simply reading, and pondering about these things. After an “experience” of the Absolute, however, it gets much worse! Now we have seen for ourselves that there is nobody home. Even so, the moment we find ourselves out of Brightness and in the world, the one who doesn’t exist is back and wants to know what in the hell is going on here. Maybe this will help.
