These emails and blog comments came in after the post on the Clarity Workshop had already been published. -F
I just wanted to let you know that I LOVED the webinar—I received exactly what I needed to see clearly again. If it turns out that these group meetings are nourishing or uplifting for you, I would be thrilled to participate in them monthly, just to let you know…
Also, I had an epiphany : today when Jane seemed to reappear, I realized that not only do I believe thoughts, like “Oh no—Jane is back!” , I also believe feelings, even when I can see through the thoughts. Feelings like, feeling down, disappointed, etc. When I saw through both: voila !! Clarity again !!!
Also, it was fun to be part of a group that love and appreciate you like I do, and to see you laugh !!!!!!!

As I told Jane when I wrote her back, I’ll definitely be holding Clarity Workshops at least once a month, and more often if clients support it.
Hi Fred,
Thoroughly enjoyed today’s group. So glad you mentioned Transmission. Your’s in fact is what I feel is the secret sauce that allows what you talk about land in people so clearly; and why I enjoy hanging out in that space with ya’ll.
And thanks for the laugh when you simply asked “Who is asking?”
Well, I just had to withdraw the question didn’t I? There was just nothing else that needed to be said!
LOL

You had to be there, but I will tell you that when Tom said, “I withdraw the question,” the whole room went into hysterical laughter–expecially me! As I wrote him back: “You are a hoot!”
If I get more letters from participants I’ll post them here and change the number in parentheses in the subject line. F

Thanks so much for the webinar Fred. Some more ‘Clarity’ happened here! 🙂
Alfred woke up with me some time ago. A few months later he flew down from upstate NY to meet me in Asheville. Thanks, Alfred!

Hello Fred
Thanks so much for your kick! It was a great experience and I’m grateful.I can’t write much feedback just now because it feels like I’m still processing it all. As you know, writing happens when it does (like sending you that email which just came to me all at once–little did I know what I was in for!!). But I thought I should just drop you a line quickly now to say thank you.
This isn’t suitable for posting, but it is quite amusing how I came to find you. I was browsing some non-duality stuff–Amazon probably– and there jumped out at me two books with my photos on the covers. At least I thought they were my photos, taken in Spain, which I have used on my website with pretty much the same significance as on your covers. Who is this Fred guy who has stolen my photos? I thought.
I looked closer and realised that although the same feeling, there were differences. Well, if they’re not my photos, I figured the similarity had to be an indication of something, and the books must be worth reading. So I purchased them and decided that you must be a kindred spirit, though poles apart in the design of our Units!! That’s mysterious and wonderful too!
Photos attached. Sorry I haven’t more direct feedback as yet.
Warmest wishes
Chris, England
I’m going to upload a couple of the photos Chris is talking about. Ring a bell for any of you??????????? Unbelievable.
Hi Fred, Thanks kindly for the session. Peaceful Presence-ing continues . . . with writing going on. There is also a clearer understanding of the value of my coaching work within the greater context of non-duality. I second Bob Rusling’s request for a blog post/Youtube video about the Bhagavad Gita approach to awakened action.

Hi Fred,
Glad the workshop went so well! I especially appreciate Jane’s insight that we must see through both thoughts and feelings. Both are manifestations of oneness, they are not “mine.” This helps me deal with waves of fear. Oneness invites me to sit back (with oneness) and observe their arising and falling away. It’s all a great drama!
Love,
Kathleen

Sometimes you tell yourself scary stories, and sometimes you believe them. But you don’t HAVE TO. Once we wake up we can always choose where we want to see any mental or physical arising FROM. We can see it as the unit, or as Truth. We have to learn to stand as the Awareness we are and view the world from that stance.
No Kathleen, no problem.
No problem, no Kathleen.
Love,
Fred

I’m so glad too the comments on feelings. Especially because feelings are the elephant in “my” room. A thought seems like a point on the surface of a sphere that can touch with the surface of someone else’s sphere and thus at least seem to be shared. Feelings though seem like a joke to be called by a word and seem completely to color “my” world – are the substance that fills the sphere. I think thoughts of just “One” have finally helped me too to experience emotion as Jane mentions. I commented on Fred’s post a few days ago how the thought “what do i do now?”, even though i could seem to see through that, i felt it couldn’t compare to the “proof” of the anxiety that surrounded “not knowing what to do”. As Fred says, I am just barking up the wrong tree if I continue to stay there unconsciously. “i” can “do” self-inquiry and that even calms the unit down quite a bit (or lifts it up from woe’ing).
And the “just” “One” thing going on seems to have more effect in this and … well, everything 🙂 ! Because past and future I see now as the one idea that there is something other than now. That one illusion seems to have to split into two very real-seaming illusions of past and future. With all the attendant hoping between the two which makes them seem even more real! And I know most of emotions are just time-traveling friends from unconscious time-tripping!
I don’t even feel I’m “over-thinking” it any more, again helped by Fred’s clarity about intellectual reasoning being usable to go beyond it (by One, when i am not the one confusing “i”tself) . I can “feel” more love, like right now, in “allowing” this posting, and in the sense of communion I find with Fred and those who post here.
I “keep coming back” because of it!, so thanks One in All
