LETTER FROM THE FIELD: The Natural State

I received this yesterday from one of my regular students. She’s been doing quite well, and of course Awakeness is showing up in her life. This is what it’s all about.

Fred….I see you Thursday…Meantime..an update.

I woke up this morning with a strange knowing and seeing of…..oh!! How weird to BE something but think you’re something else….It’s as though my Ghost Self was/is more real than anything else. I guess it is!

As the morning progressed…With a few tasks on the go…i stopped to rest. It was so natural. Like a natural movement from the head to the sense of Self. Which felt solid and stable and immovable.

To begin to live Naturally…With Self as the real Me … more consciously awake… is a journey I am thrilled to be making.

To effect my divorce felt as if I’d cut off a beloved but gangrenous limb. No wonder I cried! How quickly I am now healing…is the marvel. And of course…I’ve only ever been feeling something I made up…which is itself a marvel.

FURTHER!!

The journey has just begun. I look forward to less of “me” every day.
