A Note on Online Sunday Satsang
I want to again bring special attention to satsang. If you could hear the participants talk about how they’ve come to feel about it, you’d make it a priority for yourself as well. These dynamic meetings open up an entirely new experiential avenue for you. The sense of community becomes important, and the unity of our purpose works to shine a very brilliant light on the group as a whole, and within each individual.
Satsang has been the leading edge of this teaching for several months, but it is taking on an ever greater role. I’ll still be writing posts, but I don’t have the time to write nearly as many as I used to. YouTube, of course, is another driving force, but it will generally be confined to clips from Satsang. My podcasts, which have proven to be quite popular, will continue to be presenting the audio versions of those same clips, so you can listen to them in the car, while doing chores, or wherever attention allows.
From my side, satsang is the place where I can teach live most efficiently, effectively and affordably, and there’s a lot to be said for being a part of that spontaneous happening. I can host up to 50 people that I can see and hear, which is a great crowd, but Zoom will accommodate another 10,000 who can view and hear, but whom I can’t see, hear, or interact with individually. Obviously this leaves that venue open for nearly limitless growth. People who are weekly attendees now will be “grandfathered in” once seating reaches it’s limit of 50. We’re at roughly half of that now.
Just give it a try, see, and then judge for yourself. If you’ll direct this extra bit of attention to your spirituality, I think you’ll see outstanding results very quickly. Most people report a nearly instant deepening. Here’s a link that will explain the simple “mechanics” of it. I hope to see you soon.
All love,
Fred
