Death of a Very Worrisome Non-Being
Those of you who have seen Ostrich with me either in session or in videos will be saddened to hear that following our evening video tonight, Betsy and I looked down at the end of the bed to see that the worrisome bird had apparently met his death, probably at the hands of Jack, our Shih Tzu.
I tried to kill that clamoring voice in my head for years–without the slightest bit of success. Then, now that I have finally learned to ignore the little bastard, Jack takes him out. It was a bold move on little Jack’s part, but it was a few years late. Go figure.
For those of you who have NOT seen Ostrich in action, notice that belligerent voice in your head that’s arguing with the world, and keep watching my videos for tips on the care and feeding of wild-ass ostriches. 🙂

RIP, dear Ostrich! I’ll miss him, although he was troublesome.
