Letter from the Field: Continuing Gratitude
continuing gratitude…
Dear Fred, it’s been an ongoing ride since the aug. 9 group session. The dimmer switch got turned up bright enough to shine on places that still seem to have the power to throw me into contraction. and yet I can’t completely take it all so seriously even when I’m along for the ride – alot of oscillation, and with a body that expresses things very literally, I find myself swaying in the aisles of Walmart etc. But everyday I feel a huge gratitude to you, I watch your videos with the added bonus of being far more sensitive to them since the session, and when things start to seem so serious again I can hear your laugh and the heaviness cannot stay. I don’t need an answer, I just wanted to say out loud this ongoing sense of gratitude, thank-you!

Thanks Fred and Joyce. I know what you mean, Joyce, I find the old patterns still run, but have less power to pull me into their drama.
They provide contrast to awakening. If I don’t get pulled into them, then I see how far I’ve come. When I do get pulled in, I can see where work is needed.
