Hi Fred,
The Clarity session is profoundly enlightening, as knowledge clarifies experience.
I re-listened to Sunday’s session and love the progression throughout.
What a gift in the statement, “My highest intention is to be awake to this arising
right now.” and, “The most direct path is Willingness.”
It is amazing how adding “-ness” to a word transforms it into unbounded-ness; to surrender.
And yes, the ego is more innocent now, as I observe those unskillful patterns.
I am grateful for Fredness shining through as a Teacher.
