Letter from the Field: On the Experience of Satsang
[1/29/17]
Hi Fred (and everyone),
I just wanted to say that today’s satsang unfolded so beautifully and seamlessly. Each participant, although expressing themselves in various degrees through the filters of their own character and whether aware or unaware of what was transpiring, expressed nuances of perspective that wonderfully created a deeply felt unified whole. Like multiple fingers each pointing to the moon (to borrow a Zen expression): There it is! And there! And there! And there! But not just pointing to the moon, also expressing the essence of ‘moonness’ itself, if that makes sense. It was so amazing to witness and to feel that at one point my eyes started to tear up from what was transpiring.
Wow!
Thank you Fred. Thank you everyone.
Love,
Vince
