Thanks for another wonderful meditation video! Those words are a mirror which I can use to see myself again and again. It is an easy to follow series of questions… in the absence of a body, victim story, resistance, bondage and liberation( all kinds of concepts) what am I ? Just the clearest teaching in the shortest time!
