LETTER FROM THE FIELD: The Power of Video II
I receive what I call “gratitude mail” every day, but few letters will carry the ring of the enthusiasm that this one does. The writer’s “hair is on fire!” I remember that well.
This is the second letter this week from viewers lauding the effect that Attention Practice and Deep Attention Practice had on them. Dear Fred,
Just since a brief time, I found your wonderfull
videos on You Tube and fall suddenly in Love with it!
Thats it, thats just IT… connecting the black field
beyond the eyes and the outer field as one and
the experience-recognition helped me a lot to feel
the truth and clarity about consciousness and pure
awareness. To be all there is inside the dream of maya
sitting in a chair and laughing about all the
self made dramas…how liberating!
Seems I am the snake who bites itself into the tail
until the lion stands wondering upon a stable of
sheeps who are stariing at the moon at midnight…
hahahaha, ridiculous wonderfull…

Just listened to “Attention Practice” video referenced in above post…. another “Oh, Wow!” for Fredness.
As I look around, looking down at my body, I see it as another “form”, like a book or a computer monitor….
I’ve always been Barb, now “I’m” the “is-ness” of barb….can’t even put it into words…
It doesn’t matter anyway, it all just IS.

Hi, Barb! I don’t know how I missed this earlier, but I did.
We live our lives thinking that the witness/camera is in our heads, and that the movie is everything in front of it. Upon awakening the witness/camera “moves back a step” and we can see that what we heretofore thought was “my body” is actually just another object in the room. 🙂
