Hi Fred,
I just viewed your YouTube clip titled: “Attention Practice: A Powerful New Method of Clearing” for 27:10 that is closing eyes focusing attention on darkness without boundaries.
I need to express that for years I’ve been searching/viewing/reading all spiritual teachers out there (Adyashanti, Mooji, Gaganji and Eli Jaxon, Brian Thompson, etc.) and their materials on the same subject, but this method of yours has such a quick and transparent effect and understanding than all the others.
I also found your other video very effective titled “The Short Shifting Practice” for 8:29, which is based on “suspending language.”
I enjoyed watching you and please keep up the greatest work. I appreciate your care/work and dedication to all of us/humanity.
