This is a great little book with a big punch. I have been following Non-Dual teachings for 4 years, Adyashanti is my teacher. One thing I particularly liked about this book was its simplicity and very practical examples. This is a wonderful book for the beginner or veteran follower of teachings about who we really are: Awareness itself.
