Nothing to Stick, Nothing to Stick to
This was Terry’s note to the ACN Continuing Students Forum this morning.
The biggest change I notice this past year since meeting Fred for the first time… is that…whilst suffering definitely still arises in the form of old patterns…often with far more intensity than I remember before … the things that … I thought … used to cause these feelings to arise …no longer exist as reasons for the pain… What seems to happen is that although the suffering is still arising … the HUGE difference is that it happens …FOR NO APPARENT REASON..and that makes all the difference in the world… It literally makes it all eminently bearable..Dare I say pleasurable.. It puts wind in the sails of any suffering that arises…and finding no anchor here…passes quickly on .. Love to all… Terry

Well put, Terry. We do start to see that suffering is not actually caused by anything. It just arises when it does, and then passes when it does.
Love the song, Terry and Soraya. One of the prettiest I’ve heard yet.
