Great story and inspiring commentary (and vice versa). Thanks for sharing this Fred. Words fail and yet that’s what we have to work with. Take the word ‘clarity’, a good descriptive word_ but the clarity of awakening makes me want to lock the caps key. CLARITY!!!!! There is substance, depth, scintillation, stillness, delight, movement, love, joy, tears and on and on, all ‘contained’ by the word clarity. Yeah, what Harvey said.

Thanks Harvey and Fred. That’s a really good point that clarity flows best when the defenses are down. I suppose this is why animals and children are awake; they don’t have a reality paradigm to defend. They’re just in what is. They’re awake, but don’t know they’re awake.

We adult humans might know we’re awake, but our defenses filter the brilliance of what is, so we can’t see it. So drop the defenses, and we have the whole glorious picture!

Hearing this at satsang has been with me these last few days. As fun as the words were, in the delivery I felt you(r) love. Thanks! for extending it.

I love the depiction, “dream traffic”. I also just read a visual imagination, to go with “I AM-ing” focus. That this focus is like choosing a freeway with no (or many less) exits. The dream, including many spiritual suggestions (e.g. manifesting, affirmations, …) lead One on a lot of detours. It’s still seems weird that all those things (and much more) seemed to lead here, but it all ended up in just I AM!

Imagining ALL in Harvey’s car, harmony playing from the CD, breezes flowing, Fred laughing, …
