Walking through the Gateless Gate is the most important shift that we will ever undergo in our lives. However, that’s not the same thing as saying it’s the most important movement. That status belongs to the process of clearing. Granted, we can’t completely clear up until we consciously wake up, so everything has its place and its order. Yet recognizing that our destination is the journey itself is key to our beginning to relax into stable, abiding, conscious awakeness.

Consider becoming less keen on graduating, and more tuned into the alert contentment that can only be found in the active classroom. The journey from here to Here is a short one, but the scenery along the Way is fantastic.
