A Note from YouTube
“Put your awareness to work, not your mind. The mind is not the right instrument for this task. The timeless can be reached only by the timeless. Your body and your mind are born subject to time; only awareness is timeless, even in the now.”

I have only just recently discovered your channel and have watched several videos (loved them all).
I just wanted to say, I absolutely love the humour and brutal honesty of your approach. The no nonsense, and at times fierce attitude reminds me so much of the way Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj used to teach; so direct yet, never lacking in compassion. Maharaj, through his book, I am That, was the one who clarified many points of confusion I had (post awakening), and offered a language for what I had experienced (without looking for it) but struggled for years to make sense of. His “pointings” opened my eyes, if you like.
Later on, I immersed myself in the Zen tradition (fortunate to have a Buddhist centre in my home town), especially the teachings of the old Chan masters of the Tang Dynasty. Again, I imagine they taught in a way very similar to how you teach. Early Zen was much less formal than it was post Tang era. Today, it is heavy with “role” playing and rather regimented. Anyway, perhaps, that is why I am so drawn towards your rather informal, totally lacking in bullshit “style.”
