Letter from the Field: A Developing Understanding

Fred:

Blown away by our meeting yesterday.

My take on things – its like weight lifting or marathon training of sorts.

A slow introduction to bigger experiences in a non-scary way so as to not frighten the Ego too much. And to not overstretch slack muscles that need training.

Waking up is the initial recognition of being IN HERE ( the ghost in the machine).

After that it’s staying in a conversation and staying aware as this very ordinary sense of being (and the ONE who’s sensing it) is slowly recognized for being a much bigger deal than initially understood.

Sitting in SELF with you yesterday I started to see the enormity of SELF.

I was a giant trying to wear a suit that would fit a pea. Incomprehensible and gobsmacking.

I was just stunned by what I learned.

The journey is wonderful. I am awestruck at how it’s all unfolding. Watching the increasing depth of your knowledge and accepting your guidance – listening and taking in what you have to say and point to – is an unbelievable journey. I am astounded at your knowledge and what I am learning as well.

I am ever grateful.
