Metamorphosis: Watercolors by Bob Turano
My friend Bob Turano sent me prints of these moths today, along with a note.
Hi fred…how are we today…im living in a cool wood log house in the pegram [Tennessee] mountains…..making meetings …spreading the wealth of recovery…and allowing thoughts.. objects..emotions to be as they are….the inquiry is going well…love you and Betsy always…b
I like these very much. I asked Bob what they were made of, and what gave him the idea to do them – they’re a new turn in his art.
The material is watercolor paper…the idea came from my friend amanda and i talking about… the concept of awakening….metamorphosis….
Bob also sent me a forest scene. I’m including it here because I can feel the storm of aliveness within it.
Thanks, Bob.
