Thank you, Barb. I really appreciate your letting me know this. I think I’m going to address the fact that so few do.

      Love,
      Fred

Dear Fred (and Mr. Ames), I thoroughly enjoyed this – it provided a nice little lacuna filler in terms of the types of things you address, or at least have addressed in the videos I’ve seen so far (I admit I haven’t made it through ALL of them yet, but a good many). I confess I sometimes wish I had my wife get me an awakening session instead of eating at one of the most expensive restaurants in DC as my birthday present, ha. Next time. Anyhow, there’s an interesting pleasure-pain in the oscillation stages of being almost completely clearly aware of awakeness, but not quite. It’s a sort of metaphysical foreplay that I confess to enjoying a bit. If I weren’t enjoying it, why wouldn’t I just wake up? Oh, but I’m already awake. So……(there goes the white rabbit, I must catch him…) [but seriously thank you: love you guys]

Yeah I think this is the legit one, as I was responding to the video of you and Herr Editor.

Great stuff. Thanks both of you guys. Real questions and real answers! ( An awakened moment is when awakenness has a Robbin free moment. Suddenly time flew for me too 🙂 )

Fredness has become my start for the day. It’s so interesting that I can feel so clear from your language and illustration, and yet it becomes like that “word on the tip of my tongue” feeling most the rest of the time. BUT I like that a lot more now because I now feel I know IT is there, and “i” don’t have to know it or not know it right now. That “should” thing is so touchy! Even when I “get” that I shouldn’t should the past, I have more trouble with what to choose “next” because I guess an “i” needs “shoulds” in order to be a little i. So Fredness has become part of my “should” start the day, and “should” use the web devotionally, and should use video inspirationaly. But in a way that doesn’t feel like should anymore! Thanks so much for your “repetition is the mother of clarity”. That’s essentially what I think all the above boils down to! And which your coaching has helped me to accept/realize/practice.

Brother Fred, I had another question about this. You mention “what you don’t talk about in your teaching” and “that this isn’t really happening.” Could you say more about that? (and I may have those quotes wrong, I’m going off of memory from several days ago. Danke!
