   Bentinho has published a map, which lays out the “levels” you’ve described in this video expression/experience. Tried to past here in this comment field, but it was not accepted. If you’ve not seen it, send me an email, and I’ll reply it back to you.

   David Hawkins also addresses these levels leading to Void this in his series of books.

   This was a significant video – your series keeps getting better as you mature in your understanding.
