The body disappeared, the mind vanished, “I am” also collapsed, and even “I” dissolved. Words cannot convey what was left but it is clearly here, everywhere and it is pure joyful loving “nothing/no one and everything/everyone”. We are so afraid of disappearing and yet it is our true nature, what we so much long for. How ironic! Thank you Fred, I had never experienced something so simple yet so profound.
