Remembrance 11.09.16
Remember
that You are
Unborn
Unbound
and therefore
Untouched
by this world.
You are not even in this world
much less of it.
.
You are That
which Is before and after this world.
You are That
which Is prior to thought,
language, or form.
It is by Your very absence
That this relative presence Is.
And always,
always,
always,
I Am
with You.
So be at peace,
My Love,
be at peace.
For all is well,
all is well,
and this, too, is What Is.
All experience comes and goes,
but That which experiences
is both eternal
and free.

I love all of you.
The foundation of the dream is the thought,
“There’s something wrong.”

I just saw a perfectly simple and perfectly timed bumper sticker: “Keep Appreciating” (as well as, shortly after, on checking in with a good friend, his reply included, that I will be appreciating his gardening he was just enjoying)
And to Know that what else is there to appreciate, but what has to be there in order TO appreciate! And thank you Fred and all for delivering this permission back to Myself, and for these on going reminders. The Great Okayness really is more in evidence now (and that it’s just what’s been here all along!).
My guinea pigs and fish (that I’m appreciating right now) send their testimony too!

Beautiful, Mike. Thank you so much. I thank you for your openness all along, and for your present reflecting of What Is.

….all experience cones and goes, a great reminder for me as I’m helping my mom and dad. I’m aware of what is always present. Thank you Fred.

Bhagavad Gita 14.22-26 reminds us that equanimity is the result of abiding in being, beyond the three gunas. I still need to remind myself that all manifestations are manifestations only; if I’m happy or despondent then I have to take that as a reminder to remember who I am. I still stumble, fall, and scrape elbows and knees several times daily, so this remembrance business is important stuff for me. Thanks, Fred.
